All of our watch is stainless steel. For customized style, the moq is 300pcs-500pcs, 100pcs per color. If stock style, the moq is 100pcs.

For customized watch order under 1000pcs, normally it takes 35-45 working days after confirm details and order details. But shipping has to be arranged after we receiving the banlance cost.For stock watch order, normally it takes 7 working days after confirm all details.

Yes, we can make your logo or brand name on the watch and we can make it free for you. Your logo or brand name can be customized on the dial, caseback, strap, buckle and packing boxes. It is also okay to produce the watch according to your provided samples or designs. And we will keep them NON DISCLOSURE.

All the watches will be 100% inspected by our QC department before shipment. But any problems  you find after receiving the goods, please contact us immediately for solutions. We provide 12 months warranty from the date of delivery. We can repaire the defect part for free and stand all shipping cost.

Yes, we can ship the goods by DHL/Fedex/UPS. The shipping cost mostly depends on the final choice for the watch model, packing, for sure we will recommending the most economic one for you.For the time, it normally takes 3-5 working days. 

We offer two packing options for our customers.1. Free packing, our normally packing is 1pc/opp bag + bubble bag.2. Customized packing box, but it needs extra charge, and the MOQ is 300pcs.
